HOW MUCH IS IT GONNA COST?

Can you guess what our number one question is about hiring a designer?

"How much is this gonna cost and how do you bill?”

This is the BIG QUESTION on everyone’s mind.

The short & simple answer: It depends. I can give you a range when you tell me more details about your specific project.

The thing is, there’s “no one size fits all” answer to this question but there are processes that I offer that provide clients with the budgetary forecasting they need to move forward with confidence.

Generally for home decor and smaller remodel projects we set up a first appointment called a Design Analysis.  At that meeting, we go in depth as to what you are seeking and I analyze the project to determine the punch list of tasks that need to be done to accomplish your goals and I generate a design and furnishings forecast/budget.

Custom homes and major remodels require a more in-depth analysis.  For those types of projects we can create a detailed, very granular spreadsheet that calls out all the items necessary to complete your project.  We get into the niddy-griddy and even call out cabinet door hardware because we want to give a very real forecast/budget outline as to what the project will cost so that we can pivot and make adjustments necessary early in the project.

When I decide to take on a Design project I am interested in not only creating a stunningly beautiful home for YOU, I am interested in creating a journey that is well thought out so you can feel expertly guided every step of the way and that is why I put so much care into crafting the experience from budget to beauty.

If you have any other questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out!  I am here for you.

If you're ready to set up your Design Analysis just send me a message at https://www.rejoyinteriors.com/getstarted and I will personally give you a call to discuss in more detail how the Design Analysis works and how it can help you move forward with confidence.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
