ASPEN VS. PARK CITY

Looking to plan the perfect Ski Vacation? But where do you go, Aspen or Park City?

Aspen

Getting There:
The only direct flight is out of LAX; otherwise you can fly out of OC to Denver and then Denver to Aspen.

Where to Stay:

Little Nell
A classic ski resort, the Little Nell is the only Ski-In /Ski-Out location in the area. Make reservations well in advance, they book up quick!

Sky Hotel
Great for singles and couples that want plenty of social activities.  It kind of has a W Hotel Vibe.

Advantages:

1. The downtown village area, where all the action happens, is easy to get to from either of these accommodations. The mountains offer a beautiful back drop to peruse the fabulous shopping and fine dining.

2. The Apres-Ski activities are phenomenal!

3.  Aspen is truly one of the most charming places I have ever been…absolutely beautiful!

Bottom Line:
Best location for singles or couples looking for a vacation full of adult fun and social activities.

Park City

Getting There:
Fly direct out of Orange County and a quick 20 min drive to the St. Regis.  Gotta love that!

Where to Stay:

St. Regis
I had the most decadent skiing experience here! A Ski-In/Ski-Out property, the St. Regis pampers you with their ski valet services and amazing spa. Check out the Scallop Appetizer at the J&C Grill, they are delish!

Advantages:

1. Best ski valet services available! Great for families with small children because they handle and set up all your equipment.

2. Spa… Spa… Spa!

3.  This resort has fabulous interiors and architectural detailing.  It’s very contemporary and rustic at the same time.

Bottom Line:
A quite nightlife and secluded resort makes this location perfect for families or anyone looking for a relaxing escape.
